This Privacy Policy explains how Recoop AI collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our software.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, password, and phone number.
- Business profile: business name, type, hours, average job value, and AI configuration.
- Lead data: contact information and conversations from leads captured through your AI chat, phone, and SMS channels.
- Usage data: log data, device info, and product analytics used to improve the Service.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the Service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To power AI responses on calls, SMS, and chat.
- To send notifications, product updates, and support messages.
How we share it
We share data only with the service providers required to run Recoop AI:
- Twilio — phone calls and SMS delivery.
- OpenAI — AI model responses.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
We never sell your data to third parties.
Your customer data
You own all customer data captured through the Service. You are the data controller for that data, and you are solely responsible for obtaining proper TCPA consent before initiating AI calls or texts on behalf of your business.
Data retention
When you cancel your account, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After 30 days it is permanently deleted from our production systems.
Security
All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over HTTPS. Database access is protected with row-level security so each business can only access its own records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
