Terms of Service

Recoop AI provides AI-powered lead capture software for home service businesses including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. The Service includes an AI chat widget, AI phone receptionist, AI text messaging, a business dashboard, and third-party integrations including Twilio, CallRail, and Stripe.

Recoop AI offers a 5-day free trial. A valid payment method must be on file. No charges apply during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins automatically. One trial per business.

• Starter: $199/month — 200 AI calls, 500 SMS, 100 chat sessions, 1 seat.
• Pro: $599/month — 500 AI calls, 2,000 SMS, 300 chat sessions, 3 seats, CallRail integration.
• Growth: $999/month — unlimited calls, SMS, and chat, unlimited seats, white-label option.
• Enterprise: Custom pricing — contact sales@recoopai.com.

All plans bill monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Cancellation section.

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI calls, SMS, and chat sessions. Overage rates: $0.05 per additional call minute and $0.02 per additional SMS beyond plan limits. Overages are charged at the end of each billing cycle. Recoop AI will notify you by email when usage reaches 80% of your plan limit and again when the limit is reached. You will never receive an overage charge without prior notification.

Cancel anytime from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days. 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you capture zero leads in your first 30 paid days, contact support@recoopai.com for a full refund of your first month.

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to send spam, violate TCPA, impersonate others, or interfere with the platform. Violations may result in account termination.

You are solely responsible for ensuring all AI-powered calls and texts comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable regulations. Recoop AI provides the technology — you are the operator.

You retain ownership of all customer data collected through the Service. Recoop AI will not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy at recoopai.com/privacy.

The Service is provided as-is. Recoop AI's total liability shall not exceed three months of fees paid. Recoop AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. ROI figures shown in the dashboard are estimates only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Texas.
